Don Jorgensen is the founder of Jorgensen Healthcare Associates and owner of Arizona-based Human Factor Consulting. Don works as a global speaker and consultant in the areas of change leadership, strategic planning and team development.
 
He is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Marana and has served as a trainer at PETS, RLI and RYLA, and at the district level in strategic planning, crisis response, and on the current District 5500 corporate board.
 
Don and his wife Kathy have worked on Rotary humanitarian projects around the globe, including in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Brazil.
