The District Corporate Board has approved the hiring of a part-time, District Administrator position. After considerable discussion, it was agreed that providing this position would provide continuity of support and efficiency to clubs and District leadership. We invite interested Rotarians or others recommended by Rotarians to consider applying for this position.
The District Administrator will be an independent contractor and serve under the direction of the District Governor. This position will support the management of district operations, club services and some social media functions.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Three or more years of experience in an administrative role that required strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a non-profit environment would be ideal although not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer/internet skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs products,
- This position also requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and will be working with a fun, professional, and friendly group of people.
- This part-time position is for an average of 10 hours per week at a rate of $25/hour. Interested individuals should submit a statement of interest and a current resume.
